I personally notice very little Fi in his personality in the office, he is much more oriented around accommodation, group values and keeping pleasantries than he seems to be focused on his own ideal circumstances and bringing reality to those things. He is a much more grounded personality that seems to simply enjoy doing his activities with jest. He seems to have a more definite inner impression of how things are, with a “you’ll get used to things” attitude. Overall more of an attitude of finding familiarity in one’s environment and not trying to push the envelope of what is familiar to avoid chaos (inf Pe). This is his point of stress and Helly R’s Se that wanted to continue rebelling, of course until the pivotal elevator scene, made him more insistent that she doesnt try and break the rules anymore. From mg view its his Fe that is the reason he went on the rebellion side, as he wished to accommodate to the group he became close to. He would read that book given to his outtie on the outside in order to collect and gain more definite impressions as to how he should orient himself for the sake of his group, directly referencing it.
