背景
Ezgi Karayel was born in Istanbul in 1990. She graduated from Marmara University Fine Arts, Industrial Design Department. After completing her internship at an architectural company called Autoban, she became a partner in one of her classmate's jewelry design brand. After dealing with Design and Brand Management for a while, she decided to study at the Fashion Design and Technologies Undergraduate Department at Istanbul Fashion Academy in 2017. In 2018, she joined The Koza Young Fashion Designers Competition, which included Turkey's young talents in the fashion world, and she won the first prize. With a state scholarship from IHKIB, she was awarded a master's degree at Central Saint Martins, one of the world's few prestigious fashion colleges, in 2019. He returned to the country after completing his education and, with the support of IHKIB, prepared his first professional collection for the Istanbul Fashion Week/Karma platform in March 2021.
