Maya (2005/2006 - December 2022), nicknamed Puga or Puga-Chan often by Marzia, was one of PewDiePie's two pugs. Maya appeared in PewDiePie and Marzia's videos after either being heard barking or being seen in the background or being interacted with in certain videos. Maya was missing her left eye. This was due to an incident with a cat when she was young. When talking to Maya, PewDiePie gave Maya a high voice. She had her own song called "Jabba the Hutt". According to PewDiePie, Maya had gone blind, a sign of ageing in dogs.
