She seems more like a 6w5 to me; she also seeked a lot of support and stability in people, but she didn't receive it. In my opinon if she were a 4w3, the fact that she "sees monsters and all of the world's cruelty" wouldn't overwhelm her as much. Her mental breakdown in the bathroom was also a result of her prolonged anxiety. I think she moreover accepted the fact, that she was somehow different, but wanted to be listened to for once and low key understood.
