Born Shingo Maruyama on May 15th, 1935 and known by his stage name Akihiro Miwa, is a Japanese singer, drag queen, composer, author and fortune teller. He is perhaps best known for his 1957 cover of “Me-Que Me-Que”, a French chanson song which featured many profanities not used in the public. He is also a survivor of the Nagasaki bombing.
