I had a tough time on his enneagram type, but for MBTI it's clear he's ISFP (VERY clear Fi). So, I'm thinking 8w9, and I know 8w9 is kind of rare for ISFP but let me explain. So foremost he's a social 8, which is the countertype so not your stereotypical 8. Social Eights are likely to use their power (and influence) to help others; as much as Lance tries to be aloof, he can't help but lend a hand if someone is in need; think of Christoph and various animals. Other traits of social 8 he posseses: hating injustice, protecting others, more loyal and less aggressive than other Eights, but still having an antisocial aspect regarding society's rules (both Ira's rules and ditching classes and exams in Concordia)
