背景
Gülie, also known as Kuro, is the first Administrator seen in the series. He's covered head to foot in black armor that is implied to actually be his skin. Only his eyes abandon the black color theme with their glowing red character. He is in fact a true dragon unlike the lesser dragons encountered such as Araba or Kagna. His duty is to defend the world from outside interference and ensure the proper completion of the System's goals. His only desire is to fulfill the will of Sariel. However, he has a passive personality and tends not to interfere or act even when it's clear that something needs to be done, causing him to simply watch as the demons begin to plan their massive, destructive war.
