What personality type is Phastos? Phastos is an INTP personality type in MBTI, 5w6 - sp/so - 549 in Enneagram, RLUAI in Big 5, LII in Socionics.

For me, Phastos reminds me of Chidi from The Good Place. Like, he really does lmao. Why Ti? We didn't get to see much of the dude, but his reasoning for no longer using his powers felt pretty Ti. Because it made Hiroshima happen, I'm not going to use it anymore in any way ever. It's not a trauma thing, it's Kantian Ti consistency. Also see his Fe faith in the entirety of humanity as a whole instead of specific individuals. Even with his family, he relates it to seeing the good in the entirety of humanity, a universal human goodness (Fe). Ne-Si was most evident in his whole like approach to the other Eternals' interactions with his son. I think if you don't vote INTP, the next best choice is ISFJ.

Biography

Phastos is the inventor of the community of genetically engineered Eternals. Created by the Celestials in the World Forge, Phastos was sent to Earth in 5000 BC to progress the planet's societal development, and protect it from the Deviants. Phastos guided and progressed many technological innovations throughout the course of human history, but fell into a state of dejection after the atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima, which resulted in monumental loss of human life. Blaming himself, he grew distant from his fellow Eternals and abandoned helping humankind.
