SOYO’S PAST AND MOTIVATIONS when we learn about soyo’s past, we learn that her loving parents divorced at an early age, with her mother often working, leaving soyo completely alone in the house. soyo knows she is cared for. however, at home, she couldn’t help but feel alone, as there was nobody there anymore from a young age to shower her with affection and love. she wanted to feel loved and accepted. when crychic was formed, she had fun everyday. she found a place where she felt wanted and loved. when crychic disbanded, she was abandoned and alone. she lost the place that brought her the most comfort. so she tried her best to bring that place back. soyo is motivated by her desire to feel needed and loved. in order to do this, she hides her true feelings, fearing they will make her unloveable. she starts being kind and friendly to everyone around her, in hopes of earning a feeling from them that they owe her love and acceptance in return. ——“When it is for the other, it is the subtype most prone to exhausting itself, without taking into account its own needs. They don't get enough rest or time. They love to entertain at home and cook, but maybe They don't allow themselves to enjoy the dinners and parties they offer.
