not to make a whole comment about her moral alignment but i do strongly stand by chaotic neutral > lawful neutral mainly because of her entire "change the world" message. if you read the lyrics that she writes, she talks *a lot* about hating the society that the wealthy privileged people have created and her desire to tear it to the ground. like these lyrics from hell or hell: Is it really alright if you're the only one who's feeling good? / ...With a face like that? / (You drive me nuts, Yeah!!!) / If you apologize, then everything's OK? / Then policemen are needless Yo! men!!! / HELL! or HELL? Do you want both of them? / "Please help yourself!!!" hell or hell is about how much she wants to change this world, beyond her riot in the music industry, she wants to use her music to insight chaos and revolution. she thinks selfish wealthy people suck and complicit society is worthless. though its true there are a few times in the anime where she follows the rules, albeit in a manipulative way against roselia, the ulterior motive was to come out on top and further spread that change the world message. i think the fact that she uses money to greatly advantage herself and her band (buying clothes for pareo, buying instruments for everyone in the band, hosting events such as afterparties for publicity) make her seem more lawful, but the reality is she's just playing the game as well as she can until ras wins. a solid visual example of her being pure chaotic is in the ras manga when she's recruiting masuki. she looks for fire and passion first and foremost and masuki's refusal to be tamed / hold back is what made chu2 realize she was exactly what she needed. there's also the scene where rokka auditions for the first time, holding back in her performance. chu2 gets upset and tells her that she can't advocate for music that censors itself for the sake of others. she wants LOUD, she wants UNCONVENTIONAL! SWEET EXCELLENT UNSTOPPABLE!
