What personality type is Maki Harukawa? Maki Harukawa is an ISTJ personality type in MBTI, 6w5 - sp/sx - 684 in Enneagram, RLOEN in Big 5, ESI in Socionics.
The ENTJ votes confuse me. Te dom, I can see even if I don't agree. But Ni? Are we going to ignore her Si? Though the Si function is widely misunderstood to begin with, so that is to be expected. Also, unpopular opinion but her Te is arguably a tad underdeveloped to be her dominant function. This girl seems to act more based upon her gut feelings rather than objectivity (lol her actions in the 5th chapter for reference). After replaying the game, I found that she is (surprisingly) impulsive, which is kinda the opposite of what the Te function is all about. This is not to say that she does not have Te at all (because she clearly has a lot), but it cannot be her dominant function. The reason for her Te is because she simply has to. As an assassin, she really does not have the option to consider people's feelings. If she had the choice, I genuinely believe that she would have spared her victims. However, that is not at all possible. Now consider if she had a different childhood and never took her friend's place. Would she still have developed any Te as a child? Once again, I feel that the reason she even has Te is because of her past. This certainly has to be the effects of Si carrying over as she still holds on to that form of thinking. She is still largely influenced by what has happened back then. More than Te, she is ruled by Si. No, that is not due to trauma. It is also further demonstrated in how she acts. Maki has impressive sensory memory, and she is able to remember smaller details from her experience as a trained assassin. That is how she was able to determine that Miu was not poisoned, and was strangled to death instead. Furthermore, you can often see her reminisce about her childhood in the orphanage. Maki often speaks fondly of her past and describes how such things pushed her to keep training. Lastly, ENTJ voters, please explain her Ni. I'll change my vote if I'm genuinely convinced.
