What personality type is Dirk Strider? Dirk Strider is an INTP personality type in MBTI, 5w4 - sp/so - 548 in Enneagram, RLUEI in Big 5, ILI in Socionics.
INTP. His shadow functions give it away (ENTJ), especially in the epilogues. Which is why I don’t understand how people think his villainy and behavior in HS2 are out of character for him. It is most definitely in character, just without good motive. His tritype makes sense to me. 548 would mean he is analytical, withdrawn, creative, unique and surprisingly to many reactive and power-seeking when given good motive. Fe users sense the emotions of the group and act accordingly. They appreciate societal norms. Dirk seems to have inferior Fe. He has an inability to properly comfort or let others know his feelings. Jake is still unsure if Dirk even likes him (he says this quite literally and this is not my opinion).
