At first I was thinking "why INFJ for Dark Enchantress?". But now, the more I look at her own way to motivate other cookies, the more I see Fe in her. Let me have an attempt in my explanation. Let's not talk about White Lily for now, but about how she motivated others to join the "darkness". The best example is Strawberry Crepe Cookie. She knew that Crepe was all lonely in a lost kingdom, she shot right into their desire to have fun with others. She gave them wafflebots and told Crepe that joining her crew will lead Crepe to a fun place, and bended their nature. This is similar to Red Velvet, giving him an arm (another chance) and motivated him. The same goes to Ovenbreak. See how she shot right to Lobster's desire, motivated him to join her crew. Lobster seeked for the former glory of the long lost city, and Dark Enchantress wanted him to trust her. If DE was ENTJ, cookies will have a rather negative look about her. She will forcefully want a whole group to follow her own way, not seeking at others' desires and therefore not build trust on her (Don't worry ENTJs, we don't look at you in this way).
