Pennywise is a very obvious ENTP. Firstly, he uses his Ne dominance to creatively take form of the children's worst fears. For all those who say ESTP, he's not because in It Chapter Two, he says he anticipated they would come back again, which shows more of an intuitive focus on non-concrete things that have not yet happened. Furthermore, the fact the he prefer the clown form but will change his form based on the different child's fears shows a focus on possibilities and adaptability in shapeshifting, which is indicative of Ne. Secondly, he uses his Ti to analyze each child before he chooses to attack them, observing them from the shadows. He then uses his auxiliary Fe to manipulate, fearmonger, and entice others, through his understanding and processing of human emotion. Finally, his attachment to Derry shows that he has some rootedness in the past and values a sense of familiarity. P.S.: I personally think he's more of an enneagram 3, because his vanity was ultimately what killed him in It Chapter Two. By the Losers' Club convincing him that he is insignificant, he deflated into the size of a pancake. As such, he was hit in the spot where his main vice was: his own ego.

IT's favorite (and most iconic) form is Pennywise the Dancing Clown. Modelled on the pierrot clowns of old, he employs the clownish persona as bait for young children, luring them with jokes and offers to visit his circus, but also doubles as an effective form to scare people with coulrophobia (a fear of, well, clowns) shitless.
