8s are not always responsible especially if they have 7 wing with 7 fix in tritype with Sanguine temperament they are pretty much chaotic. Also, leadership in the sense of leading a country is a SO dom 8 concept. 8s want control but sx/sp 8s and sp/sx 8s don't necessarily directly want leadership over a group. The control of social blind 8s is more individual. Yes, he doesn't want control over a large political group (because he is social blind) but he wants control over individual kids and he intimidates them with their own individual fears to control them (sx) to satisfy his own needs (sp).
背景
IT's favorite (and most iconic) form is Pennywise the Dancing Clown. Modelled on the pierrot clowns of old, he employs the clownish persona as bait for young children, luring them with jokes and offers to visit his circus, but also doubles as an effective form to scare people with coulrophobia (a fear of, well, clowns) shitless.
