What personality type is Emperor Zurg? Emperor Zurg is an ESTJ personality type in MBTI, 3w4 - sp/so - 386 in Enneagram, RLOEI in Big 5, in Socionics.
Even if regular Buzz is an ISTJ (I think he's most likely an ESTJ but I could go either way), I think Zurg is more clearly an ESTJ core 3. His motives for going back in time is to complete the mission to get recognition while hiding the fact that he ever failed in the first place. I don't see why he would be a core 8.

Emperor Zurg (also known as the Evil Emperor Zurg or simply Zurg) is a recurring antagonist in the Disney/Pixar Toy Story franchise. He is the sworn enemy of the Galactic Alliance and the archenemy of Buzz Lightyear.
