Again, super annoying when people type the actor the exact same as their iconic character. Just going off the Office Ladies podcast, I noticed that she enjoys talking about herself wayyy too much to be a 9--which of course, there's nothing wrong with, but 9s often struggle talking about themselves especially when someone else is around. Edit: Upon listening to more of Office Ladies, I’m very certain she’s a 2. (At the very least, definitely not a 9.) I don’t mean this as a slam on her but you can tell she definitely struggles with pride, while Angela would probably be the 9 instead. But like I said, Jenna clearly likes to be the one in charge, she has trouble letting go of criticism or even agreeing to disagree, she’s always defending herself and the Pam character, etc, I just see so much need for validation that would only come for a 2 imo.
Biography
Regina Marie "Jenna" Fischer (born March 7, 1974 in Fort Wayne, Indiana) is an American actress and producer. She is best known for her role as Pam Beesly on The Office (US), as well as her appearances in works including Blades of Glory and Splitting Up Together. Fischer also wrote, directed, and starred in a 2004 film titled LolliLove, for which her then-husband James Gunn also co-wrote and co-starred. While she later credited the film's format, which included her filming mockumentary-style improv interviews, as essential practice for her role on The Office, she also stated that the experience of having to fill in numerous behind-the-camera roles to make the film was exhausting and ultimately dissuaded her from future directing. Fischer also appeared in Gunn's directorial debut Slither and was instrumental in getting his film Super made, as she sent its script to her Office co-star Rainn Wilson (the eventual star of the film), which got production rolling. She and Gunn divorced in 2007 after 7 years of marriage; Fischer remarried writer Lee Kirk in 2010, and they have two children together. Fischer is currently the co-host of Office Ladies, a podcast with friend and Office co-star Angela Kinsey, and also released a book titled The Actor's Life: A Survival Guide in 2017.
