How is he 4V? Very active, ambitious and responsible guy, who tries to be liked by everyone, and he's very result emotion. He is, in a lack of better words, terrible at creating emotionally conducive environments, and people constantly ridicule him for lacking his own personality. A 4V individual wouldn't feel comfortable taking responsibility for common causes and proving themselves in the way Cavill does. He sets goals and plans ahead for years, which is another typical process oriented volition trait rather than a short-term result volition one. "I’ve always been a fan of Superman," Cavill stated. "With a character like that, you carry the mantle with you off set. And it becomes part of your public representation. When you meet children, children don’t necessarily see me as Henry Cavill, but they might see Superman, and there’s a responsibility which comes with that. Because it’s such a wonderful character, it’s actually a responsibility I’m happy to have, and I hope that I get to play more of Superman in years to come." "Henry Cavill is not very animated. Several years ago during the Bucket Challenge (to promote some disease which I've forgotten) he and Superman co-star Amy Adams had buckets of water poured over them and he just sat there and said not one single thing. She did but he was like a robot. I've never forgotten how wooden he was."
