What personality type is Zoey? Zoey is an ISFJ personality type in MBTI, 2w1 - sp/so - 269 in Enneagram, SLOAN in Big 5, ESE in Socionics.
Hmm, I don’t know if Social 2 fits Zoey, because she doesn’t attempt to seduce groups with intellect or leadership, nor does she necessarily give love to get love. I think she’s a self pres 6 instead. Although Zoey’s main goal on Total Drama was to make friends, it wasn’t to receive love (2) but instead to fit in and find acceptance (6), especially since she doesn’t have mainstream interests so she was never included. She instead quells her fear and insecurity of not fitting in by sticking to other people and attempting to befriend them (sp 6), with her secondary subtype (social 6) causing her to stick to groups and beliefs (like friendship and friend groups) to feel safe. Overall, Zoey needed to work on her self-consciousness, low self-esteem, and insecurity from not having friends on the show by creating valuable relationships (like with Mike) and growing more self-assured (6 integration to 9). I don’t really think she needed to work on people-pleasing to gain love from others (2 integration to 4). Social 2 just doesn’t sit right with me, and I think Self-Preservation 6 fits better. But I do definitely see 2 as her heart/image fix in her tritype.
Biography
Born an only child in a small town, Zoey is an optimistic, kind-hearted girl who is patient and easy to get along with but doesn't have many friends. She considers herself vastly different from the people she knows in her home town and joined Total Drama to meet friends who share her love of indie theatre and retro clothing. On many occasions, Zoey is shown to be apologetic and overly concerned with how others perceive her. Her gullible nature and need for approval can lead her to be easily manipulated by people with bad intentions as she lives to please others. Zoey is extremely protective of her friends and her boyfriend Mike, whom she falls in love with even with the knowledge of his multiple personalities.
