I see him with more Ni than Si, if he were Si he would be using some pattern to kill or would be killing his victims to follow some tradition, but in the case of Slenderman he doesn't follow patterns or traditions, killing his victims after staying for weeks or months of observing their behaviors and pursuing them, which indicates their inferior Se. I also don't see Fe since he is individualistic and focused on his desire and pleasure of chasing and killing children and not on other people's desire and pleasure.
Biography
An inhumanly tall and skinny figure apparently dressed in a black suit, whose face is either completely blank or appears different to anybody who sees it, depending on who you ask. His goals, and sometimes his methods, are shrouded in mystery, but he tends to leave a wake of madness, destruction, and death behind him.
