He is most likely an ENTJ, but there is also a slight chance of him being a dominant Fe user. The way he manipulates Viren (supporting Viren's cause, helping Viren with his schemes and giving a bit of his power for a bit of boost) is very well planned and is probably going to help Aaravos free himself from his prison in the future episodes (I hope). He knows when Viren has doubts about some of his plans and already has an answer to erase the suspicions. He knows how to read people and shape them the way he wants.
Biography
Aaravos is a "fallen" Startouch Elf[2] who was trapped inside an area behind a magic mirror by the Archdragons and elves of Xadia for yet unrevealed reasons. He was one of the first elves to live inside Xadia and the last of the "Great Ones".[4]
