Hajime Hinata MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is Hajime Hinata? Hajime Hinata is an ISTJ personality type in MBTI, 3w4 - sp/so - 316 in Enneagram, RLOEN in Big 5, LSI in Socionics.

Argument for 3w4 core (not 4w3), 316 tritype (not 461), and LSE for Hajime Hinata: 3w4 core: "Frustration, shame, and beliefs of inadequacy" sound very 3, especially when it's in regards to achievement and external worth gained through success. NOTE, unhealthy 3s would want to have a different identity apart from "faceless nobodies," hence the reason 3s want to succeed and differentiate themselves in that way. Even with 4w3s, their sense of worth and feelings of inadequacy wouldn't be so reliant on external success and be a lot more individualistic and based on crafting their own authentic, personalized identity. 3s are more about competency and rather avoid deep feelings. 4s are much more focused on inner feelings, authenticity, and uniqueness that's unreliant on external standards. However, Hajime even suppresses his own identity and literally is willing to erase himself to become the Ultimate Hope, Izuru Kamukura. In such a way, 4 is pretty anti Si + Te. Si doesn't just refer to the past and subjective valuations and comparisons of the past. It also strives for reliability and desire for stability, which does also entail conventionality and conformity, very non-4 aspects. 316 tritype: The 3's drive for success tempered by 1's moralistic perfectionistic drive fits Hajime (316 > 361). His critical, perfectionistic nature (1) is stronger than security-seeking, anxious, doubting nature (6). Also, competency-competency-reactive fits him very much as well. Also SO 3 as his success is very prestige, status, and recognition oriented, not meeting self-preservation and survival needs and material security oriented. LSE: Hajime is not Fe valuing, as Fe valuing types (LSI) value and desire rather outward expression of emotions (i.e. expressive combination of words and gestures), impacting the emotional and social atmosphere, and mood. Fi valuing types rather emphasize feelings, moral standards, civility, empathy, and relationship. His relationship with Chiaki and desire to bond with her clearly does show Fi valuing. Hajime desires to form close relationships with others but doesn't know how to do that, indicating Fi super-id. Hajime’s main mode of interacting with his environment is the efficiency and productivity of his actions - focusing on what’s factual (Te base - LSE), rather than trying to harmonize internalized feelings of comfort with the exterior environment (Si base - SLI). I see Si accompanying Te, rather than the converse. From this comparison, LSE fits Hajime more.
