okay, i've finished the anime and i'm even more convinced he isn't a 4. i'm starting to think he's more of a 9 than a 4. remember that core 4 is part of the image-heart center, and i've never seen him being that self conscious about his self image. but that's not all, 4s are known for their willing to accept and embrace negative emotions, and ryota never did that. do you remember that he literally wanted to show a video that would have removed *any* negative emotion to the whole world? he was convinced that the best option was to remove *any kind* of despair or negative emotions, a 4 would never do that, since they embrace and accept negative emotions, they don't avoid them. he just wanted a peaceful world where everyone could have been happy and get along, without any kind of despair, sadness or war. if this isn't 9, i don't know what it is. putting his feelings into his art or the willing to change the world is just Fi to me, not core 4. if you disagree don't just downvote please, explain me why you think i'm wrong

Ryota Mitarai (御手洗 亮太) is a character featured in Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School. During his time in Class 77-B at Hope's Peak Academy, his title was the Ultimate Animator(超高校級の「アニメーター 」 lit. Super High School Level Animator). After leaving Hope's Peak, his title was updated to the Former Ultimate Animator. He is a member of the Future Foundation and is the Branch Office 10 Director.
