What personality type is Nina Zenik? Nina Zenik is an ESFP personality type in MBTI, 7w6 - sx/so - 748 in Enneagram, SLUAN in Big 5, in Socionics.
While I would love nothing more for Nina to be an ENFP, I think she's an Se dom. Ne doms are more about thinking up abstract ideas and have a rich inner world. Nina is more of a hands-on person. We see this when she rebels against Zoya and goes off on her own to search for Grisha. We see this with her ability to adapt to her surroundings quickly, to be what she needs other people to see. There's no arguing against her Fi. She knows what she wants. She understands herself. When shit hits the fan, she reevaluates her preconceived ideas about Matthias, but she keeps her pride of being a Grisha with her. It's her Inferior Ni that drives her to sell out Matthias when they arrive at Kerch. This passage from mbti-notes described that scene perfectly: "[Inferior Ni grip] panics about being doomed in some imagined future scenario". In King of Scars, I think that she's in a Te loop. She puts of burying Matthias by rationalizing her emotions. She buries her grief and expresses her anger through her powers. She's stubborn, vindictive, and is taking the easy way out. But in the end, she gets in touch with her Fi, and buries him. I put 3 in her tri-type because I think that she's driven more by ambition than her need to be in control. Of course, discussion is welcome! I just don't see her Ne dom.
Biography
Nina Zenik is a Heartrender Grisha soldier from Ravka who joined the Dregs. She worked at the House of the White Rose and used her Corporalnik powers in her services there until Kaz Brekker recruited her for his team to break into the Ice Court. She is the only known Corpsewitch.
