Poor guy, didn't do much wrong, got so much disrespect. Though he was judgmental, I don't blame him for doing it towards someone like Homer (who isn't a "bad" person per se but so ignorant. Literally almost killed himself. Slept during this guy's funeral like bruh) as a power plant safety inspector of all things, all the while everyone else was apathetic towards it. Frank being jealous of his life and being harsh wasn't the best move ever, but it was the last straw after seeing Homer's incompetence in such an important job, all the while getting kicked down his whole life. Good portrayal of a normal person in a wacky fictional place like Springfield. Anyways, very obvious typing. Love how you can see him go to 7 and inferior Ne during his breakdown. And Si-Fi when he's jealous of Homer's life.
