Personality

What personality type is Count Bleck / Lord Blumiere? Count Bleck / Lord Blumiere is an INFJ personality type in MBTI, 4w5 - sx/sp - 416 in Enneagram, in Big 5, IEI in Socionics.

Okay, I know I made a couple comments against INFJ for him before, but after replaying the game and reading a couple of MBTI posts, i actually do think he's an INFJ, but pretty much in the most unhealthy level and possibly in a Ni Ti loop. So, I kind of want to address the flashbacks we get. In these flashbacks, Bleck takes up more of the stereotypical INFJ character (not in a bad way, but basically is healthier than the game's events). He is altruistic, introspective, compassionate, and values deep connections (I'll jump back to this later). This is seen in basically all of the flashbacks we get in between chapters. Of course Count Bleck is an alter ego and after losing Timpani, he masks many of these traits. Ni is probably still the most crystal clear, which is why I believe he's INFJ > INFP or even ENFP. Count Bleck has one singular goal, which is to destroy all worlds because he lost Timpani. He's so fixated and attached to this goal that even when Nastasia and himself were second guessing going through with it near the end of the game, he was so blinded by his plan that he figured it was too late to change it. His Ti comes in too, justifying his logic and plan any time it is brought up. For example, near the end of the game, Nastasia tried to snap him out of going through with his plan, and rather than listening, he got defensive and stood by his reasoning; the world was cruel and needed to be redone, no matter who got hurt. This may sound opposite of Fe, but assuming he's in a loop, Fe would definitely be weaker than a healthy INFJ's Fe would be. Compare pre-game Bleck to current game Bleck; the difference of what functions are in front and center is obvious. However, current game Bleck definitely had moments where his Fe came through, such as basically ALL of his interactions and relationships with his minions. Above completing his plan, Bleck was always very conscious and aware of how his team was feeling and never degraded them or punished them if they failed. Although his goal is important, he genuinely cared MORE about the well-being of his minions in the process and wanted to make sure they were happy before ultimate world destruction. Additionally, his inf Se is very clear. He almost NEVER went out and confronted the hero's himself and preferred to stay in his castle rather than out into the world, which ultimately didn't do him any good. To me all these things together equals a very complex, very unhealthy INFJ in a loop. I could understand where people are Fi, but I think people are confusing his Ni-Ti for Fi. Additionally, Bleck has E1 in his tritype, which can often look like Fi.
