At this point I think any variation of the 458 tritype should be unable to be voted for unless you comment sufficient reasoning, it's so ridiculously overtyped on this site for such a rare combination. The idea of Waits having any 8 tendencies is just absurd if you read about his life, watch his interviews, basically any examined aspect of his behaviour. 5 makes some sense but I don't think he's motivated by a fear of incompetency, he's a very laid-back guy who's experimentational mindset seems driven by pleasure alone. Too many 7s or people with 7 fixes are mistyped as 5 simply because they're innovative or intellectual.
Biography
Thomas Alan Waits (born December 7, 1949) is an American singer-songwriter, musician, composer and actor. His distinctive voice was described by critic Daniel Durchholz as sounding as though, "it was soaked in a vat of bourbon, left hanging in the smokehouse for a few months, and then taken outside and run over with a car." Waits has built up a distinctive musical persona with his trademark growl, his incorporation of pre-rock music styles such as blues, jazz, and vaudeville, and experimental tendencies verging on industrial music.
