Regina George MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is Regina George? Regina George is an ESTJ personality type in MBTI, 3w2 - so/sx - 287 in Enneagram, SCOEN in Big 5, ESE in Socionics.

There are some really cogent arguments for her being an ENTJ, and I can kind of see her being that but the thing is, functions aren’t exclusive to just one type. Any person is capable of using any function, but it’s the functions that they use most often that determine their mbti type so of course it wouldn’t flabbergast me that regina sometimes uses Ni, but her Si is way more evident than her Ni. The reason why I didn’t type her as ENTJ initially even though I would love for her to be an ENTJ, is because she didn’t see how her actions would affect the future. It’s as facile as that. She was totally oblivious to the fact that her abrasiveness towards gretchen, and her newly found entrancement towards Cady would make Gretchen reconsider her friendship, and spill her secrets. Yes, the rules she implemented on Gretchen could solely be made because of her Te dom persona, but she also didn’t think about how those rules would play out in the long run. It inevitably would’ve been really onerous to follow the same rules over, and over again without accidentally deviating from them once in a while. Her inability to see that there might’ve been a chance that Cady was colluding with Janet even though she saw them together just leads me think that she fosters low Ni and Se. She also didn’t think about the repercussions of badgering Cady with constantly being affectionate towards Aaron. This type of pestering would inevitably lead someone to harbor a vendetta against you, and in turn could result in someone acting on that vendetta which Cady did. But regina didn’t even consider that possibility because no one had ever done that before (Si). Also, she’s not concerned about the future like some people are saying she is, she’s concerned about keeping things the way they were (Si), and maintaining her popular girl persona. Let’s not forget, her reusing the same dance every year because it was extolled before is pure Si. I definitely see some Ni in regina with how she foresaw how the whole burn book thing would play out, but that’s it. And that could very well just be her Ne. Her Ni is in no way as strong as her Si for her to be an ENTJ. Every type uses every function, but to extrapolate their mbti we need focus on the functions they use most which for regina is Si. Just because a person had one Ni moment doesn’t automatically make them an Ni user. It’s farcical to think that a person with a specific personality type solely uses those functions because that’s not true. They just prefer those functions, and in turn predominantly use those, but they aren’t limited to them.
