What personality type is Pope Francis? Pope Francis is an ESFJ personality type in MBTI, 2w1 - so/sp - 269 in Enneagram, SCOAI in Big 5, ESE in Socionics.

Fe + Ni/Se is expansive and visionary. ENFJs like Martin Luther King, Oprah, Zendaya are all incredibly holistic with their worldviews, are action-oriented, looking above and beyond the horizon, penchant for idealism etc. Their *Extroverted* Sensation/Feeling makes them want to scope their reach out as far as possible, to unify people underneath a common transcendental-like ideal [Fe-Ni]. Fe + Ne/Si is more tentative, cautious, and because of their *Introverted* Sensation, are more inclined to taking things slowly. Courteous, polite, stable, gentle, warm, hardworking, focus on diligence. They still want to expand their scope and unify people [Fe] but it’s spurred on less by an intuitive urgency [Ni]. *Introverted* Sensation means they’re just concerned with fostering good relations with the community, or individual relations with the people you’re closest to [Fe-Si proximity]. Pope Francis (Latin: Franciscus; Italian: Francesco; Spanish: Francisco; born Jorge Mario Bergoglio; 17 December 1936) is the 266th and current Pope and sovereign of the Vatican City State. Francis is the first Jesuit pope, the first from the Americas, the first from the Southern Hemisphere, and the first pope from outside Europe since the Syrian Gregory III, who reigned in the 8th century. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Bergoglio worked briefly as a chemical technologist and nightclub bouncer before beginning seminary studies.
