Archie’s actions are rooted in venge rather than resent in my opinion. 1s resent makes them critical and sensitive to imperfection in themselves and others, causing them to *resent* and feel disgusted with themselves and the people around them. 8s venge makes them sensitive to injustice and causes them to potentially put themselves and others in danger due to acting against injustices. I think this clearly shows Archie has an 8 fix. Definitely not the unmotivated, routine 9 fix. Venge was basically his entire character arc throughout the show. He began noticing all the wrong in his city and felt a need to stand up against it and protect his people. He usually acted before thinking and ended up getting himself in a lot of trouble that could’ve easily been avoided. ——— I think Fi dom fits Archie better than Fe dom. His reasoning and values come completely from within himself, he doesn’t prioritize others’ values or ideas over his own when making a decision.
Biography
Archibald "Archie" Andrews is a main character on The CW's Riverdale. He is portrayed by KJ Apa. During his youth, Archie was both a budding musician and a Riverdale Bulldog, though he struggled to main the two. His team number was number nine, given to him by Coach Clayton. This number was originally Jason Blossom's jersey, and so Archie took it upon himself to retire the jersey in Jason's honor and took the number seventeen in its place. Archie used to be the captain but decided to defer his status as to Reggie after he felt more of an affinity with his music. He also occasionally helped out his father at their family's construction site, Andrews Construction. #KJApa
