What personality type is Morgana Pendragon? Morgana Pendragon is an ENFJ personality type in MBTI, 2w3 - so/sx - 268 in Enneagram, SLOEI in Big 5, EIE in Socionics.
I can‘t really see her, as an INFJ. Even though her later arc could be seen as the result of a Ni/Ti–loop, I still think Fe is clearly her dominant function. She is very compassionate and her main conflict in the beginning is between her compassion for the people of magic in Camelot, as well as her own pain and what is expected from her as princess. She doesn‘t focus on a greater vision, but just uses her vision for the downtrodden of Camelot, as a way to gain the recognition and love she wishes for. The focus is not on the vision itself, but on her feelings and compassion for the people of Camelot. Out of her need to help them she developed this vision and certain goal of ruling Camelot herself and freeing them. This is quite the opposite way as it would be with an INFJ. I recently posted a commented on Daenerys Targaryen that I believe to be a real INFJ. In her case it is her vision, which first exists in her. Later on she integrates her Fe in this vision by connecting it with her desire to help people, but her main focus is still on this singleminded future goal. Morgana is the opposite of this. Furthermore she clearly uses Se. She is well grounded in the present moment and good at fighting. She has also a rather impulsive and reckless streak to her, which seems to come from her Se. I personally don‘t see that much Ti in her, but I am open to change my view. What do you think?
Biography
Morgana Pendragon is the illegitimate daughter of Uther Pendragon, the second daughter and the youngest child of Vivienne, the paternal half sister of Arthur, the younger maternal half sister of Morgause and the adopted daughter of Gorlois. Originally a kind-hearted individual, Morgana turns evil after being corrupted by Morgause and being betrayed by her former-friend Merlin. After that she betrays her family and friends, even being involved in the death of her own father. She is determined to take over Camelot and will allow nothing to stand in her way. Morgana has been shown to have formed a bond with Mordred, whom Kilgharrah has foreseen would kill Arthur before Mordred betrayed her to Arthur, and she also forms a close bond with the young dragon, Aithusa, who saves her life. During the period of the Battle of Camlann, after Mordred's death, Morgana is killed by her nemesis Merlin with Excalibur, as Arthur sadly watches as his own death is coming.
