Moses MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is Moses? Moses is an ISFP personality type in MBTI, 4w5 - sp/so - 496 in Enneagram, RLOEI in Big 5, SLI in Socionics.

Moses is known in history, of course, as a great leader who led his people out of bondage. But before he did so, he objected to the Lord’s commissioning of him as the leader. His stated reason was that he was a poor speaker, “slow of speech and tongue”, though reading between the lines, it is also evident that he simply didn’t want to take up the mantle of leadership. This indicates introversion. Also notice early in the story, while he was in Egypt, he impulsively killed an Egyptian who was beating an Israelite. ISFP’s have extroverted sensing (Se), which often gives them athletic ability; also due to Se, they tend to live in the moment, which sometimes results in impulsiveness. ISFPs’ dominant function is introverted feeling, or internal values, beliefs, and feelings; seeing the man beating the Israelite must have violated Moses’ internal values. He is also called the meekest man on earth, which fits him being an ISFP.
