But the fact that there was still a part of me that still hoped for one made me feel pathetic." i loved his character and romance between Zero Two, honestly one of the best romances i've watched. i related a lot to how he questioned everything and sought answers from the beggining, he had the desire to change things for the best even if that meant going against the norm, also being very idealistic. although he has a good mix between Fi and Fe i must say, i think ultimately he leads with Ni-Fe, his desire to belong, to be useful to others, and give meaning not only to himself but everyone else - naming everyone in the group so they could also have their own identity - was the perfect mix between ennea 4 and Fe. i think his ennea 4 is pretty obvious, he is very contemplative and most times we see Hiro feel inadequate or flawed because he can't pilot the FRANXX like everyone else, he wants to belong and be able to fullfilll his purpose. the way he felt like Zero "saved" him was also a very specific characteristic of a sexual 4. overall i could agree that he could be an INFP, but i still see more Fe. open to the idea tho. he is still a teenager anyway so his functions aren't fully developed, and it's only natural to confuse these two types considering he is also a type 4.
Biography
Hiro (ヒロ, Hiro) is the main protagonist of DARLING in the FRANXX. He was a Parasite with the codename "016" and was once known as a prodigy among the Children. However, he failed to synchronize with his partner Naomi and was considered nothing but a failure as a pilot. As a result, he did not know where he belonged and struggled to find his place in the world. However, upon being partnered and piloting with Zero Two, he became an official Parasite and found a new reason to live. Hiro and Zero Two were the newest members of the 13th Plantation, piloting a FRANXX called Strelizia.
