What personality type is Kars? Kars is an INTJ personality type in MBTI, 3w4 - so/sp - 385 in Enneagram, RCOEI in Big 5, SLE in Socionics.
I don't really understand how people see Te-Se over Ni-Fi in this guy. His whole arc is basically staying in shadows and only moving when he needs to make move. Unlike Esidisi and Wamuu he wasn't active and he was always waiting for right moments to make moves. Besides dominant Ni represents Kars much more than dominant Te. His whole reason to create the stone mask, making zombies, moves and motivations are all signs of his Ni, not Te. And tertiary function can just be bad as much as inferior function if it's underdeveloped. Which is Kars' case. Not having a great Fi doesn't make his Fi inferior, while his Se is far worse than his Fi.
Biography
Kars (カーズ Kāzu) is the main antagonist of Battle Tendency. Kars is the leader of the Pillar Men, and the designer of the Stone Mask. His goal is to evolve further to become immune to the sun's rays, and thus he seeks the Red Stone of Aja to empower his Masks, battling the Hamon users for its possession. He is ranked 1st out of all the Pillar Men.
