He also only knows his mother as his own personal link to anything or anyone. He keeps replaying in his head what mother told him and acts on it. His kills usually lack creativity because he seems to operate under the guise that what has worked before, will work again. Hence, the there is no need to trade in the trustee machete. Extroverted Thinking (Te): He is an exceptionally competent and effective killer. Arguably one that has the most successful kills of any other slasher antagonist. He makes quick work of his victims in a direct way, getting “business” done is the swiftest, quickest way possible. Introverted Feeling (Fi): He is forever fueled by vengeance of what he has suffered through as a child and wanting to avenge his mother’s death. Though it is never explicitly stated, he seems to first and foremost target lustful teens, serving as some sort of moral dictator, going after victims who dabble in any kind of hedonism. Extroverted Intuition (Ne): In part 8, he finds himself in the midst of New York City, where he is completely dazed and confused. He is essentially pulled away from his comfort zone and forced to adapt. It usually seems that the way protagonists get the upper hand on him is by confusing him through using his own past against him under a different angle.
Biography
The one and only man behind the mask himself. Jason Voorhees was a deformed and mentally challenged boy who was thought to have been drowned in the Crystal Lake in the 50s. He re-emerged over two decades later (either by surviving his drowning, and going into hiding for reasons unknown, or revived as an undead right there and then) after his mother died, her death triggering unrelenting hate within him. In current times, Jason is a nigh-unstoppable juggernaut of a monster who roams about the confines of Crystal Lake, indiscriminately slaughtering those on the his turf and racking up one of, if not the largest body counts of all horror icons.
