I don't get how the guy with receptive volition got typed as 1V. His whole career is moved by constant search for someone to serve for, excessive compliance with others' needs and desire not to be burdening. I can't push him to be 1L but he seems to live by his own philosophy and his will gets frozen at stressful moments. He doesn't seek for anything personal or even overestimate his position, but wants an ideal person to serve and apply his knowledge and skills. I'd say Richard has Third Will, his abhorrency as a leader comes from his inconfidence and hierarchical view of himself and others. Gilfoyle and Bachman are 1V for sure. This guy is surely a 4V, the only one. Being present in the team of self-pushing guys, his whole set of decisions is about peacemaking the team to the better order and organization.
