I feel like Ann might just be a warm ISTJ at times (especially when juxtaposed with Andy in earlier seasons) because she is the most grounded and practical character who seems to focus more on being a competent friend/gf/employee more than the people harmonizing Fe we definitely see in Leslie, even though her whole “adopting her boyfriends habits” thing seemed pretty Fe as well as her ability to alter her emotional state to her surroundings more and more in the later seasons Ultimately, I think she’s inconsistently written but her whole need to find herself by altering her lifestyle and values in dramatic ways ultimately gives ISFJ an edge over her more ISTJ qualities
Biography
Leslie's heterosexual life partner. They first meet in the pilot episode, when Ann attended a town hall meeting to bring an abandoned construction pit to the government's attention. For the first three seasons, Ann was a nurse at the local hospital, making it somewhat baffling that she seemed to spend so much time with the other characters at City Hall. Eventually, she was given a part-time job at City Hall to solve this problem.
