Despair Time Chapter 1 Trial Spoilers! I feel like Teruko from the prologue-Daily Life Chapter 1 did show 9w8 characteristics but with the way she snapped and acted during the trial really screams out 5w6 to me. Especially when she said she'd try to be friends with everyone and try to work together but when everyone started to jump on her and accuse her as Xander's killer, she believed that everyone was like Xander, and that they were just betraying her to try and end her life. She says they weren't being logical and that time and time again she keeps making the same mistake of thinking she can trust people when they'll all just betray her again. That to me says Se > Si because an Si user would definitely learn from experience and be much more distrustful of everyone else and even perhaps staying away from them. She acts at the moment with her emotion. Plus she's quick to get back on track with finding out the killer rather than lingering on her sour emotions of everyone else. Her standoffish way of snapping at everyone and thinking really shows Ti dom and Fe inf. Ni vs Ne is debatable but my argument for Se is there. I really feel like we'll have to see more of Teruko but for now my vote's on ISTP 5w6. 9's definitely in her tritype but I feel like someone with 9w8 over 5w6 would not snap like that during the trial and keep her thoughts to herself.
Biography
Despite having the Ultimate title of “Lucky Student,” it seems like the only luck Teruko has is bad luck. Accidents and misfortunes constantly plague Teruko and those around her. Despite this, she remains courageous and confident in her own abilities. Teruko has a natural inclination to be a bit distrustful of her peers.
