What personality type is Veronika Grebenshchikova? Veronika Grebenshchikova is an ENTP personality type in MBTI, 7w8 - sx/so - 748 in Enneagram, SCUAI in Big 5, ILE in Socionics.
SPOILERS FOR DANGANRONPA DESPAIR TIME UP TO CHAPTER 2 May I ask, why is Veronika voted as agreeable? She scores VERY low in at least three of the facets for agreeableness. Her Morality score is DEFINITELY gutted, with her praising Arturo for his misdeeds and gets excited when she finds out all the horrible stuff he did, and gets giddy when she finds out Nico attempted to kill Ace, and does the same when David reveals himself to be a not so good person. But that’s not all. Her Altruism levels are also pretty bad. Teruko points out in episode 7 how Veronika’s psycho-analyses tend to be specifically calibrated to make people uncomfortable as possible. Examples: with her basically dissecting Arturo’s bigotry in episode 4 of chapter 1, and her getting excited after he shows he’s upset with her. Or when she spells out to Ace his mentality and how he’s changed, and how if he keeps being a jerk, any killers would go after his neck (that’s what we call foreshadowing.) in episode 4 of chapter 2. And her sympathy levels are also not very high. With my main evidence being, just look at how she reacts to most things. With her saying the prospect of someone killing someone to save Teruko are “the underpinnings of a beautiful story.” Or when Min starts breaking down sobbing after evidence points to her being the culprit, she starts getting excited about seeing someone lose their mind despite their carefully cultivated cool facade. Most agreeable people’s reactions likely wouldn’t be that. Want more evidence of her scoring low in sympathy? Try chapter 2 episode 10 once again. Once Eden revealed all that happened between her, Arturo and Arei, most people’s reactions are either: sympathy towards Eden, anger towards Arturo, or a level-minded response to wanting to get the trial back on the road. Veronika’s reaction? Ignore how it affected Eden and go on about how much she loves the idea of Arturo being an irredeemable person. The most sympathy we see out of her is after Min’s execution. But even Arturo, who is agreed to be E > A, shows sympathy/pity, and I’m pretty sure anyone would be freaked out after seeing someone horrifically die right infront of their face. Trust and Modesty she doesn’t score low in, but I don’t see anything that points to her scoring high in either area either. The only area I could maybe see her scoring high in is cooperation, with how much she is helpful in the trials (with her figuring out the killer in chapter 1 wanted to save Teruko.). But if she only scores high in one area, and scores VERY POORLY in three areas, with the remaining two areas being wishy-washy at best, I think E > A makes more sense. Feel free to argue agreeable for her though. I’m not perfect.
