-- SPOILERS SEASON 3 -- Ne/Fi in conflict -- The scene where Ben talked about going on a trip with Jonah in the car screamed Ne/Fi to me. Also there were scenes where you could clearly see the interaction between Ben's dominant Ne and supporting Fi, about the way he sees the world and wants to fix other peoples lives. Ne is seeing all these ideas and Fi wants to feel them. ENFP's are known for wanting to talk to all kind of different people because they are genuine interested in all the experiences/stories they can share with one another. Ben seemed to have this as well, but not in a bubbly positive way. He seemed to get lost in all the injustice of this world. And when Marty and Wendy took him in, he got way too deep into the business. His Ne/Fi took over and whiped away his tertiary Te to rely on. Te every now and then -- When Ben got into the business with the casino, he worked efficiently. Here you could see his Te shining through. It's this Te that also helped him communicating with Ruth, who is an ESTJ. If he was an INFP they would be too incompatible to talk to eachother and I don't think they would be that interested. Inferior Si -- Ben seemed to be missing clear clues that were Si related. Not thinking about experiences from the past, but acting on his Ne/Fi instead. He could not use Si in the here and now and it didn't kept him safe, unfortunately? Or is he still alive? hmm.
