DUDE. this is a clear ESTP with EXTREMELY well developed Fe. her dynamic with Beth works as well as it does throughout the show because Jolene has an ability to ground and support her, pulling her out of her own head when she becomes stuck within her mental Ni landscape. Their dynamic is nearly entirely centric around Jolene being a good, healthy example of Se for someone with fairly weak, unhealthy Se, so I REALLY don't understand the reasoning behind saying her Se would be tertiary. For her, it's shown that being resourceful comes before general moral correctness throughout her portrayal, making the moments when she pulls Beth back down to earth moments that only happen when absolutely necessary; If her Fe were dominant or generally higher, as well as having lower Se, I have no doubt she would respond to Beth's actions during her major Se grip with more overall care and a more "parental" approach - to the point of coddling her. as someone with lower Se and higher Fe, she would've made more of an attempt to sympathize and tend to her issues, even if it wasn't necessarily helpful; she would stay by her side or check up on her until she was absolutely sure of her safety and good health. Jolene however, helps to distract Beth while still being aware of her issues, pushing her to move forward rather than coddle her until she feels better. Having an overall nurturing nature and goals for the future does NOT mean instant Fe - Ni - for someone like Jolene, it just means she has healthy, developed functions.
