Yes. This character is great ESTJ and the writer does a good job of expressing that through contrasting her with more NP-esque characters. She's the straight-man, the character who reminds the more whimsical characters the actions they must take in order to achieve their goals within the limits of their reality. Her friends are goofing around, exploring all the ways they can make their anime and Kanamori is reminding the steps they must take and the rules they must abide by. I think another interesting part of her character is how she leverages power onto others with high Si. A lot of people see manipulation and they think intuition but we're not interested in the action but rather the vehicle that carries that action. Kanamori's manipulation and negotiations are as powerful as they are because she has a higher awareness of what makes up the structure of the world and how it operates. She can leverage it by making it seem like things are a lot more certain than things actually are which can be very scary for those who don't have that level of awareness. I also liked the scene where she says quality of a product isn't enough and that you need marketing to convince people to buy it. In her perspective, you can't just leverage the rules because sometimes the rules aren't enough. You need the creativity to make what you create reach the people you're selling it to (Ne-Fi) and she achieves that by incorporating those considerations of what is considered be a successful product (Te-Si). Nice and healthy integration, we love to see it. Now if we get her to calm down as an 8 then things will be wonderful.
Biography
Sayaka Kanamori (金森さやか) is Asakusa’s classmate who is tall and long-legged. Though she has neither interest in nor knowledge of anime, she somehow took interest in Asakusa and hangs out with her. Kanamori loves the activity which makes money and she tries to find the way even in small talk. After starting up Eizouken, she takes on the role of the producer, being the only realist in the team, and proves herself through negotiating with the school and student council. Asakusa and Mizusaki’s nature of being creators always troubles her though she respects their abilities. #MutsumiTamura
