Haraldur Ingi "Halli" Þorleifsson is an Icelandic entrepreneur and philanthropist who founded the creative technology-services company Ueno in 2014 and was voted Icelandic businessperson of the year 2019. He sold the company to Twitter in 2021, and worked at Twitter until 2023. Halli suffers from muscular dystrophy and has been in a wheelchair since the age of 25. His philanthropic pursuits include the installation of over 1500 wheelchair ramps at public buildings in Iceland, in a project known as "Ramp Up Iceland" In December 2022, he was named the Icelandic Person of the Year by RÚV, the Icelandic national broadcaster, as well as Morgunblaðið, and Vísir.is. On the 10th March 2023, the President of Iceland Guðni Th. Jóhannesson gifted him a pair of socks.
