It's actually an underestimated skill of theirs and ofc she is very manipulative, but not because (at least that's how it seems to me) because she's a natural at human empathy, but because she knows the mainstream narrative of divorce and she sees how lost Nicole is. Also, she relates a lot, she has to explain Te what her feelings Fi were when she was in that situation and how she was actually also hurt a lot. I think she's not faking it or there isn't much material in the movie to support it since she does more often try to cheer Nicole up so the things can move along or to undermine her opponents based on how ineffective or unreasonable they are behaving. All the emotions she's showing are very modest imo and there really is some richness to them, but they are few... There isn't much in the movie to induce her enneagram since the story isn't about her so she seems like she's a 3 with a 2 wing, but ofc since she's a divorce lawyer
