I see him more as a Fe-dom than a Te-dom. He cares a lot about other people's feelings and preserving harmony, to the point that it can get in the way of what needs to be done. Take the episode "Pizza Pit" for example (SPOILERS); when he needs to lie to the owner of a restaurant about a bug infestation in order to get the place evacuated, Raph gets visibly upset and says "I can't do it, guys. It'll ruin him". The guy's restaurant is about to get destroyed if it isn't evacuated, but Raph still couldn't bear to hurt the chef's feelings. Another example, in "Jupiter Jim Ahoy!" (SPOILERS) the entire incident at Jim's house happens because Raph doesn't want to upset anyone. Despite being creeped out by Jim and not wanting to stay in his house, he isn't willing to confront Jim about it and tries to deescalate the situation indirectly, "Well uh . . . thanks for the tour but, we should probably be . . going". And when his brothers want to stay anyways, he goes along with it because he doesn't want to start a fight or put a hamper on their excitement (instead choosing to tag along and keep an eye out for them, "I'll supervise"). He is the leader, but his leadership style is more about keeping everyone together & safe than it is about maintaining control. Raph keeps everyone on task, but beyond that he just lets his brothers do whatever they want during fights, and catches them when they fall. Raph has no problems getting into physical fights with people who are 100% enemies (ESPECIALLY if it's to protect his family/friends), but when it comes to other kinds of conflict he's usually the first to compromise. Overall he's got way too much Fe to be an ESTJ.
Biography
The eldest of the brothers and the designated leader, Raph is headstrong and passionate about his role. Although he's not the most bookish or quick-witted, his compassion and determination are undeniable.
