While Ne and Se can often look very similar due to shared impulsivity, rebellion, and a taste for adventure, Leo is more of a Se-dom due to the fact that he will actually act upon his ideas/motivations. — "Se dominants rely on sensory experiences and physical sensations in order to relate and interact with the world as well as receive enjoyment from it." — "Ne dominants generate ideas, use unconventional ideas, and naturally see abstract possibilities." • Leo is big on achieving what he dreams, which is mostly success and fame. He's not afraid to take action in order to gain the fame he solely desires. One great example can be see from the episode "Minotaur Maze." When needing to prove that he's champion, Leo impulsively chooses to participate in the maze — an alternative to Ne-doms, who are more likely to simply envision the fantasy of being champion/claiming their fame. • Furthermore, Ne-doms are cautious when it comes to their claims, and will retract their ideas more quickly than Se/Ni users due to Si’s effect on the psyche. Se/Ni users think it’s all about throwing ideas at the wall to see what sticks before proceeding to establish support. All Ne-doms—alternatively—will take a step back in Si’s established ways to examine the situation if nothing works. Leo falls more into the Se/Ni category, engaging in events before fully giving it some train of thought. Very "Act now, think later" if you will. Going back to "Minotaur Maze" as an example, Leo never took a second to question if bringing his brothers along would be a good idea, he just impulsively brought them along with him with no reconsideration. It took most of the episode and the brothers to almost lose for Leo to finally realize that his ideology wasn't as logical as he led himself to believe. I think an easy way to spot Leo's Se-dom is to compare him to Mikey, who is a Ne-dom. Even though they have similarities, Mikey tends to daydream while Leo tends to get physical. I hope I was able to explain the differences well.

Genuinely one of the most insufferable and terribly written characters I've ever seen in any piece of media ever. The krang should've killed his ass.
