What personality type is Daan? Daan is an INTP personality type in MBTI, 5w6 - so/sp - 593 in Enneagram, RCOAI in Big 5, LII in Socionics.
He seems like an LII with very strong Ti, I was quite close to typing him as an LSI but judging by his actions in the game he seems like he's NeSi valuing rather than SeNi valuing. He cares for others and is pretty much inclined to cooperating rather than competition, with little to no reluctance. I can't really see where the 4w5 votes come from, other than him having depression. He never shows any envy towards the other characters in my opinion, not even the self-preservation 4's envy that they turn into a drive to become better. I think 3 works better for him, as he is very focused on his image of being a doctor's apprentice and taking care of others. I also think he's a 9 rather than a 1, he has little to no drive of 'doing the right thing', and even though he does show care towards others (9's desire to keep harmony and status quo), he can seem quite cold. Thus 5 > 3 > 9... unless you interpret his relationship to Marina and Levi as a 1 fix but I'd argue that he sees himself as the 'responsible adult' in that situation (3 fix). I don't see ILI either, his speech is very TiNe. Many of his lines talk about reasons and consequences, it being very evident during the scene in White Mold Apartments as well as his conversations with Karin. Compare him to an actual ILI with a rational subtype (ILI-Te), such as Marina. As for his MBTI, I'm not too sure. INTP seems very likely, but INTJ is also possible. I don't see him as INFP. If he's a 4, I would say that the next closest thing (to my typing at least) is INFJ 4w5 451 EII IF(N). I'm interested to hear others' thoughts.
