What personality type is Sucrose? Sucrose is an INTP personality type in MBTI, 9w1 - sp/sx - 594 in Enneagram, RLOAI in Big 5, LII in Socionics.
Sucrose is an interesting case of an emotionally intelligent INTP. I get why people would assume Sucrose may be a Feeling dominant (esp. after the Windblume event), but that's not necessarily the case. When you observe her interactions with Collei, the way Sucrose explains trust and introversion is structured around the expected outcomes of social interactions instead of its intrinsic value. It's the difference between "People open up when they trust each other" and "Being important to each other makes opening up easier." The former is a hypothesis and the latter a gut instinct. While Collei is making sense of her emotions and what her identity should be, Sucrose is piecing together why Collei feels the way she feels through questions and personal experiences. Even though they are similar, one is more inclined to logic and the other to identity (I mean, it's not uncommon for INTPs and INFPs to relate to each other's social experiences). All personality types are heavily influenced by their Dominant function, often warping their view of their Inferior function which they often suppress. To compensate for this underdeveloped view of the inferior, IxTPs find logic in other's values (Why do people value this?), so they come off a bit robotic and socially unaware. IxFPs, OTOH, find value in other's logic (Why should I value what they think?), so they come off a bit stubborn and reluctant of other people's advice. Sucrose, through and through, remains a Thinking dominant. Only difference now is that we finally get a glimpse of how emotionally intelligent she actually is, and she has shown a rather extensive awareness of her introversion and the relationship between introverts and society.

Sucrose is a playable Anemo character in Genshin Impact. An alchemist specializing in bio-alchemy, she also serves as an assistant for Albedo, the head alchemist of the Knights of Favonius.
