What personality type is Longinus? Longinus is an ESTJ personality type in MBTI, 1w9 - so/sp - 163 in Enneagram, SCOEN in Big 5, in Socionics.
We only have apocrypha for detailed information about him, and those in question 1. aren't considered historically reliable and 2. Don't display much of his personality. It's gonna be hard to type him, but I think ESTJ is the best stereotype based on the legends. He's portrayed as duty-bound, a good soldier who realised through the events following the crucifixion that his true duty was to follow God. He is said to have loudly proclaimed Jesus' divinity shortly after his death, a turn of Ne I wouldn't expect from an ISTJ. Unsure about E1 vs. E6, but he's definitely one of those two.
