What personality type is Shin Soon Rok? Shin Soon Rok is an ISTJ personality type in MBTI, 5w6 - - in Enneagram, in Big 5, in Socionics.
I don't see Ti and Ne and Fe for him to be an INTP. He uses Te as he does thing by external rules and systems, this is clear in any episode, especially the example about the dog where he uses only external information and statistics to justify. Also the honesty that don't care about politeness is also Te. Ti uses their own internal logic system that sometimes even invalidate the external ones. Like the ESTP writer that uses Ti in the cinema episode that he is able to figure everything out with just a single illogical point, no external information or statistics required. Ti can also be honest, but they would test their logic until it is thorough which can makes them be playful or tricky with facts, not pure black or white honesty like Te as Te aims for the results, not for understanding like Ti. The episode that he flares up and realize his feelings is tertiary Fi where personal feelings are there and valid but not often use. And also various of his own personal principles is Fi. Ti does have own principles but it would be logical that can be explained with logics, not felt. And he doesn't have inferior Fe, inferior Fe doesn't mean being nonchalant towards the collective atmosphere. It is being pressured by the collective groups so much that dominant Ti has to carefully monitor to keep things detached so that no slip-ups would be made that put them in an embarrassing position due to the collective groups. He just outright act as he wanted and couldn't careless for any collective stuffs. This is clear in any episode with so many examples, like the fish-cakes or the dinner with writers examples. Also he said that when he is at home he able to feel the writer's work more which is tertiary Fi, no sign of internal logic usage. And dominant Si is just bluntly there that doesn't need explanations. INTP with auxiliary Ne would lead a much more diverse and creative life like experimenting or fiddle with things even for an introvert.
